Office location: Rotherham
Remuneration: £40,000 negotiable depending on experience + 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare and life insurance
The role of the Office Manager - Structural Building Products will involve:
*Office Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of construction accessories such as; steel rebar and reinforcement joints
*Large of your time will be spent fulfilling admin & purchasing duties
*Controlling P&L
*Will be required to perform some estimating / costing responsibilities
*Selling to contractors & distributors from an internal sales prospective
*Support the operation manager to perfect process changes
The ideal applicant will be an Office Manager - Structural Building Products with:
*Must have office management experience within the construction sector
*Ideally have an engineering and/or have an understanding of concrete reinforcement, construction accessories
*May consider a senior sales administration / purchasing candidate if you have estimating, sales & P&L experience
*Open minded with good communication skills
*Personable, people person, driven and enthusiastic
