Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Salford on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys working across different year groups and is looking for a varied role within a supportive primary school environment.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:
*Support pupils across different year groups as required.
*Provide classroom support to help pupils access the curriculum.
*Work with individual pupils and small groups to provide additional support.
*Occasionally lead intervention groups to support pupils with their academic progress.
*Work closely with class teachers and other support staff to meet the needs of pupils.
*Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful Teaching Assistant will:
*Have previous experience working within a primary school setting.
*Be confident supporting pupils across different year groups.
*Have a positive, flexible and adaptable approach.
*Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
*Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Be passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their potential.
