We’re looking for a graduate to join the team as a Field Service Coordinator, coordinating HVAC engineers and ensuring customer jobs are scheduled, managed and completed efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to develop experience across operations, customer service, engineering coordination and facilities management.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for coordinating a team of field-based HVAC engineers, managing appointments and acting as the link between customers, engineers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
*Schedule and dispatch HVAC engineers to customer sites
*Manage incoming service requests and prioritise jobs
*Coordinate engineer diaries, appointments and workloads
*Keep customers updated throughout the service process
*Liaise with engineers to ensure jobs are completed on time
*Track jobs against agreed SLAs and escalate issues where required
*Maintain accurate records across internal systems
*Support the wider operations and customer service teams
