Full job descriptionPPC & SEO Manager – SportsLocation: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits
The RoleAn exciting and growing agency working with brands across the sports sector is looking for a talented PPC & SEO Manager to join its team.
You’ll take ownership of paid search and organic search activity across a portfolio of sports clients, helping drive traffic, engagement, leads and revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance marketing, understands what makes audiences tick and can turn data into practical actions and measurable results.
What You’ll Do*Plan, build and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
*Manage paid search budgets, bidding, keywords, audiences and ad copy.
*Develop and deliver SEO strategies across technical, on-page and content SEO.
*Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
*Improve organic rankings, visibility and website traffic.
*Monitor PPC and SEO performance across CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
*Use GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools to identify opportunities.
*Produce clear performance reports and recommendations for clients.
*Work closely with content, creative and client teams.
*Keep up to date with search trends, AI developments and changes across Google and other platforms.
About YouYou’ll ideally have:
*3+ years’ experience across PPC and SEO, ideally agency-side.
*Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Google Search Console.
*Good knowledge of GA4 and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
*Experience managing PPC budgets and delivering against performance targets.
*Strong understanding of technical, on-page and content SEO.
*Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Confidence communicating results and recommendations to clients.
*A proactive, commercially minded approach.
*An interest in sport and the wider sports industry.
