Bishop’s Stortford | £30,000–£32,000 | Permanent
A great next move for someone with practical IT helpdesk or end-user support experience who wants further training and career development.
You’ll be supporting end users with:
*Helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting
*Laptops, PCs and printers
*Microsoft 365 and Windows
*User accounts, passwords and access
*Hardware and software issues
You must have:
*Previous IT support, helpdesk or service-desk experience
*Experience using a ticketing system
*Good end-user communication skills
*A full driving licence and your own transport
*The ability to reach the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford reliably for an 8am start
This is a fully office-based position within a friendly, supportive IT team.
