Full job descriptionFindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established legal practice with the recruitment of a Conveyancing Solicitor.
Permanent, full-time position. This role will be based in Lytham St Annes and optional Hybrid working. Monday - Friday.
Salary
Fully negotiable, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
*Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation.
*Deal with Stamp Duty Land Tax, post-completion matters and property registrations.
*Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
*Ensure all matters comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
*Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
*Manage deadlines effectively and ensure transactions progress in a timely manner.
*Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practice.
Skills & Experience
*Minimum of two years’ PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor, or qualified Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer.
*Strong residential conveyancing experience across both freehold and leasehold matters.
*Confident managing your own caseload independently.
*Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
*Strong drafting and document-review ability.
*Good organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Comfortable working within a fast-paced legal environment.
*Proficient using relevant legal case-management and IT systems.
