Full job descriptionAre you a fluent or mother tongue German speaking Recruiter, whether that is you are in Talent Acquisition, in some form of Recruitment then this could be the perfect job for you! Our client is looking for someone in their team and they are open minded and willing to train/upskill, but German speaking is a non negotiable as the role involves interviewing native Germans.
Duties
*Partnering with hiring managers to give them market insights on talent, talent acquisition strategies, long and short term, market intel and succession planning
*Manage end to end of the recruitment process, taking in a job briefing, writing adverts, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding to start
*Using ATS and CRM systems
*Building relationships internally and externally and keeping abreast of market trends
*Champion the brand initiatives and promoting the organisation
Requirements
*Fluency in German and English is essential; excellent communication skills are required to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
*Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruiting roles or any form of recruitment
*Good customer relationship skills

This role is a 12 month FTC and is office based too. Please before applying you must be fluent or mother tongue in German, you can’t be trained on this. You also need to be aware that it is office based.
Contract length: 12 months
The salary is a broad range as they are flexible on experience and the salary will relate to your level.
