Immediate Start
3-Month Contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a major civil engineering project in Bath.
Working on a busy infrastructure scheme, you’ll be responsible for leading site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
*Lead site teams and subcontractors on a daily basis
*Plan and coordinate construction activities
*Monitor progress against programme and report any issues
*Deliver daily site briefings and oversee subcontractor task briefings
*Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and as-built information
*Attend client meetings and provide delivery updates
*Manage programme updates and formal communications
*Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
About You
*Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or highways
*Strong NEC contract experience
*Excellent leadership and communication skills
*Commercial awareness and programme management experience
*Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects safely
*SMSTS and CSCS essential
