Are You an Experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant?We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a number of friendly and welcoming primary schools in the Widnes area.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and have previous experience working within a primary school setting.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
*Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
*Assist pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
*Help promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
*Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
*Provide intervention support where required.
Essential Requirements Previous experience working within a UK Primary School
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
