Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting for an experienced Finance Team Leader to join a well-established business based in Cambridge, on a full time, permanent basis.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 finance professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the smooth running of the finance function.
Responsibilities:
*Lead, coach and develop a finance team.
*Oversee month-end and year-end processes.
*Review journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.
*Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
*Previous experience managing a finance team.
*Strong technical accounting knowledge.
*Experience with month-end reporting, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Ideally ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, finalist or QBE with 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
What’s on Offer?
*£50,000 - £55,000 (depending of experience)
*5% annual bonus
*Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
