Full job descriptionReed Finance is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst for its Chelmsford site.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a high-performing team where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence commercial decisions, and help drive business performance across a key division.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.
*Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.
*Manage and monitor overhead expenditure across the business unit.
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability.
*Identify risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
*Support customer bids and commercial decision-making.
*Prepare journals, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
*Ensure compliance with financial controls and SOX requirements.
About You
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
*Strong analytical and Excel skills.
*Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
*ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Able to work independently and collaboratively.
*Continuous improvement mindset.
