Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a client based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to expand their team.


Key Duties:
*Assist prospective buyers and tenants by registering applicants and arrange property viewings for both the Sales and Lettings teams.
*Manage the move-in process, ensuring all legal requirements and property compliance standards are met.
*Complete tenant referencing, identity verification, and Right to Rent checks in accordance with current legislation.
*Produce tenancy agreements and prepared all associated tenancy documentation.
*Perform regular property inspections, providing landlords with detailed feedback and recommendations.
*Coordinate property maintenance, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure repairs were completed efficiently.
*Deliver a high standard of customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face across both Sales and Lettings.


Previous Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience within the property industry is essential.
*A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
*Industry-recognised qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
*A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
