The ONE Group are excited to be partnering with an established and highly successful organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager into a key role within their finance function.

What we’re looking for:
*Reporting into the Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of a significant operational P&L and act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions.
*Taking ownership of the P&L, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and financial control.
*Delivering weekly, monthly, and long-term financial reporting with clear commercial insight.
*Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning process across several cost centres.
*Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to support strategic and commercial decision making.
*Providing financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities and performance trends.
*Supporting commercial projects, investment decisions and business cases.
*Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and finance processes through automation and innovation.
*Working collaboratively with wider finance teams to deliver accurate, timely and efficient financial information.
*Line management of small finance team.
You’ll ideally have:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
*Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
*Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to improving processes and challenging existing ways of working.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
