Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join us on a 12-month Maternity contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee a team of Property Managers, ensuring an outstanding service is delivered to landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing your team while driving performance, maintaining service standards and supporting continuous improvement across the property management function.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Property Manager Team Leader, you will:
*Lead and support a team of Property Managers, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and mentoring.
*Manage workloads, priorities and resources to ensure excellent service delivery.
*Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and customer satisfaction targets.
*Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and development conversations.
*Support team members with complex landlord, tenant and contractor queries.
*Manage escalations and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
*Ensure property management processes are followed and compliance standards are maintained.
*Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
*Support training, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
*Provide performance updates and insights to senior management.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:
*Has previous experience leading or supervising a property management, lettings, housing or customer service team.
*Has a strong understanding of property management processes and customer service delivery.
*Enjoys developing and supporting colleagues to achieve their potential.
*Has experience managing performance, workloads and service standards.
*Is confident handling escalated queries and finding practical solutions.
*Has excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within residential lettings, build-to-rent, housing associations or property services would be advantageous.
