MLC Partners are recruiting for a Temporary People & Culture Officer to join a Charitable organisation in London. This is a hands-on HR administration role supporting the People & Culture team across recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle.
This would suit an organised HR Administrator, People Administrator or HR Coordinator who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, has strong attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

*Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
*Acting as a first point of contact for general People & Culture queries

*Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring teams
*Supporting pre-employment checks, references and contract administration
*Coordinating onboarding and preparing new starter information

The position covers the full employee lifecycle, with a particularly strong focus on recruitment and onboarding administration.
Key Criteria:

*Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to handle confidential information appropriately
