Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office)
A leading Legal 500 firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Manchester office, specialising in defendant Credit Hire litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality claims for major insurer clients while developing specialist expertise within an established and supportive practice.
The Role
You’ll manage your own litigated Credit Hire caseload from initial assessment through to settlement or trial, with the support of experienced colleagues.
Your work will include liability and quantum assessment, Part 35 and Part 36 matters, negotiations, drafting and instructing counsel.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with experience in defendant motor litigation and a genuine interest in developing your Credit Hire expertise. You’ll be confident managing your own files, commercially minded in your approach and comfortable handling the technical demands of litigation.
Credit Hire experience is preferred, but strong defendant litigation experience with a willingness to specialise will also be considered.
