Location: Andover
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
(This role is starting from 1st September 2026)
Responsive Personnel are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team in Andover.
This is a full-time role offering consistent weekday hours with no weekend work.
Your day-to-day duties will include either picking customer orders accurately or packing products ready for dispatch, ensuring all orders are prepared to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking products using pick lists or handheld scanners.
*Packing orders safely and accurately.
*Checking items for quality and accuracy.
*Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.
*Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
*Following all health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Good attention to detail.
*Ability to work as part of a team.
*Reliability and punctuality.
*Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
