Full job descriptionA leading law firm in Glasgow are seeking an enthusiastic Intellectual Property Administrator to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 months’ experience working within patents or trade marks; experience in records and / or formalities would be excellent. Additionally, you will need strong deadline management skills and the ability to multi-task. Good communication skills are essential. A CIPA qualification would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
Duties:
*Monitoring deadlines.
*Processing client instructions.
*Preparing cost quotes.
*Maintaining and updating the firm’s IP management system.
*Preparing and filing the relevant documentation related to EP Validations.
*Managing client correspondence and official communications.
