Are you a technically strong Paraplanner looking to really apply your expertise, with a genuine route into advice if that’s a direction you’ve been considering? Our client is looking for a Technical Paraplanner to work closely with a dedicated Adviser on more complex cases for a predominantly high net worth client base.
This is a genuinely technical role rather than one focused on high volumes of straightforward work, giving you the scope to get properly stuck into complex cases. Alongside the day-to-day paraplanning, there is a structured pathway into a Trainee Adviser role within 12 to 18 months for the right individual, making this a real step forward for someone considering that move.
The role
*Provide technical paraplanning support on complex cases for HNW clients.
*Work closely with a dedicated Adviser, building strong technical and working knowledge together.
*Prepare suitability reports and undertake in-depth research to support recommendations.
*Progress towards a Trainee Adviser pathway over 12 to 18 months, for those who want it.
About you
*Level 4 qualified.
*Strong technical paraplanning background, comfortable working on complex cases.
*Genuinely interested in developing towards an advice role over time.
*Well organised, with strong attention to detail.
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office with some flexibility on this, though a greater office presence would be expected during the first few months.
