An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a well-established and ambitious regional law firm as it continues to expand its presence in Solihull.

The Role
*Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
*Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers.
*Supporting business development and networking activities to grow the firm’s presence in the local market
*Working independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
About You
*At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Excellent technical knowledge and exceptional client care skills
*The ability to manage files independently
*A proactive, commercially focused approach
*Experience of business development, networking and generating new work
*An existing network of contacts or client following would be advantageous but is not essential
