We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Surrey and West Sussex for the 2026/2027 academic year. These roles are ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking for flexible and rewarding work in education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
*Have the right to work in the UK
*Be confident managing groups of students in a classroom setting
*Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
*Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
*Have previous experience working with young people, either in education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or a similar setting

The Ideal Candidate
You will be enthusiastic, organised, and able to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff. Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with transferable experience working with children or young people.
