Join a local authority in Sheffield as a Team Coordinator for Repairs & Maintenance. This role is based in a busy and dynamic office environment where you will liaise with operatives, team leaders, customers, and other key contacts both internally and externally. This position offers free parking and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Liaise with and advise operatives, team leaders, and customers on repair appointments and follow-on arrangements.
*Handle phone communications with tenants, providing them with timely and accurate information.
*Switch between tasks regularly throughout the day, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
*React to changes in schedules or priorities promptly to meet business needs.
*Ensure all interactions and engagements are handled with a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with tenants and various internal and external stakeholders.
*Ability to multitask and switch between different tasks seamlessly.
*Proven ability to react to changes and prioritise work effectively.
*Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a repairs and maintenance context.
*Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.
