Full job descriptionHead of Fundraising & Partnerships
Join Cherry Trees’ Senior Leadership Team as Head of Fundraising, Partnerships & Growth, reporting directly to the CEO, with a salary up to £60,000.
Working arrangements
Location: East Clandon, Surrey
Salary / Pay: £53,000 to £60,000 per year
Shift Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Cherry Trees provides specialist, home-from-home care for children with complex disabilities across our two homes in Surrey and Hampshire, giving families a vital break, while helping children build confidence and independence. Our East Clandon home has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted four years running.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic leadership
*Develop and lead Cherry Trees’ fundraising and partnerships strategy
*Set income targets and advise the CEO and Board on strategy
Fundraising and partnerships
*Manage a portfolio spanning trusts, major donors, corporate and legacy income
*Build relationships with NHS bodies, local authorities and corporate partners
*Represent Cherry Trees at sector events and conferences
Team and communications
*Lead and develop the fundraising and communications team
*Oversee campaigns that build Cherry Trees’ profile and supporter base
What we’re looking for
*Significant experience in senior fundraising leadership across multiple income streams
*Track record of meeting ambitious income targets
*Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
*Strong relationship-building skills with donors, trusts and corporate partners
*Knowledge of fundraising legislation and best practice
*Comfortable contributing to organisational strategy as part of senior leadership
