We are looking to hire an Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) to ensure their business-critical applications are stable
The Applications Support Specialist role exists to ensure their business-critical applications are stable, reliable and fully supported. The Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) provides technical knowledge across the full application portfolio, with a heavy focus on NEC Housing, helping to keep systems running smoothly so that operational teams can deliver services effectively.
On a daily basis the Applications Support Analyst (NEC Housing) will be responsible for:
*Provide expert support across Hyde’s application portfolio, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
*Lead the investigation and resolution of high-priority incidents, restoring service quickly and reducing business disruption.
*Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues using a structured, methodical approach.
*Carry out root cause analysis on recurring or complex issues, documenting findings and recommending long-term fixes.
*Perform approved configuration and setup activities in line with Hyde’s standards, controls and governance requirements.
*Support minor enhancements, defect investigations and testing activities to improve system performance and user experience.
*Support lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing and post-implementation validation.
*Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises, including readiness checks and follow-up assurance actions.
