Full job descriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join a respected independent estate agency, specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management.
As a Lettings Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, managing tenancies, maintenance, inspections, compliance, and relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
This full-time permanent role offers a hybrid working option for the right candidate, a salary of up to £35,000, benefits and free parking.


What we are looking for:
*Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Property Portfolio Manager, Residential Portfolio Manager, Tenancy Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Property Management Officer, Property Management Executive, Residential Lettings Manager, or in a similar role
*Must have experience managing lettings and property portfolios
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Full UK driving licence
*Right to work in the UK
