An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Private Wealth team, advising a high net worth and ultra-high net worth client base on a broad range of complex estate planning matters.
You’ll become part of a collaborative, technically strong team with an outstanding reputation for delivering tailored advice to individuals, families and business owners.
The Role
*Advising on wills, estate and succession planning
*Providing lifetime planning advice
*Creating, structuring and administering trusts
*Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
*Supporting business owners with succession and pre-exit planning
*Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Advising on deeds of variation and post-death planning
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with around 4+ years’ PQE
*Strong experience in wills, trusts and estate planning
*Confident advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families
*Sound technical knowledge of inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
*Able to explain complex legal and tax matters in a clear, practical and client-friendly way
*Keen to continue developing your expertise, with support available towards STEP and/or CTA qualifications
