Salary up to £51,250 per annum
NonStop Consulting is working with a reputable children’s charity to find a Deputy Manager who can oversee one of their specialist Children’s homes in Croydon.
In this role, you will be supported to progress your career with them. They offer an industry leading training program which includes access to level 3 and level 5 qualifications, children’s right and participation, CSE, empowerment, mental health and social pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:
The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee a specialist Children’s home in Croydon. You will assist the Registered Manager in safeguarding and ensuring every child and young person receives high quality care as measured by Ofsted.
Requirements:
*Deputy Manager or Team Leader
*experience in working within a residential children’s home
*an understanding of trauma informed practice
*Level 3 qualification
