We are seeking a talented Accountant to join a growing organisation with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial guidance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring high-quality financial reporting.

The Role
*Producing monthly management accounts and supporting month-end processes
*Preparing journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
*Delivering accurate financial and operational reporting
*Monitoring cash-related activities and payment processes
*Providing financial insight and challenge to non-finance stakeholders
*Attending management and review meetings to support commercial decision-making
*Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

Background
You will ideally be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), although experienced part-qualified candidates will also be considered.
*Strong management and financial accounting experience
*Experience of month-end close, budgeting and forecasting
*Excellent Excel and systems skills
*Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders
*A proactive, analytical and commercially aware approach
*The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
