Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference?
Our client, a leading Occupational Health provider, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team on a part-time basis. Working three days per week, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Occupational Health services to a range of clients while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services, including case management and health surveillance.
*Conduct face-to-face onsite clinics, medical assessments, management referrals, and health screenings.
*Carry out pre-employment health assessments and fitness-for-work evaluations.
*Support immunisation programmes and venepuncture where required.
*Provide professional advice to managers and employees regarding health-related workplace matters.
*Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards.
*Promote employee wellbeing and proactive health management initiatives.
Requirements
*Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions.
*Previous Occupational Health experience within the UK.
*Strong case management experience.
*Experience conducting health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and drug & alcohol testing.
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
*Strong communication and IT skills.
Desirable
*Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health.
*Experience within a commercial Occupational Health environment.
*Previous PIP or disability assessment experience.
