A rapidly growing Corporate Finance team is seeking an ambitious Transaction Services professional with strong financial due diligence and data analytics experience to join its expanding practice.
Working within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, the successful candidate will support a broad range of corporate, private equity, and banking clients on acquisitions, investments, and financing transactions. This opportunity is particularly suited to an individual looking to accelerate their career whilst gaining significant client exposure and responsibility.
The role sits within a wider Corporate Finance offering that includes Lead Advisory and Valuations teams, providing opportunities to work across a variety of transactions typically ranging from £5m to £100m. Team members are encouraged to leverage each other’s expertise to deliver exceptional client outcomes and support professional development.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
*Support senior team members in the delivery of buy-side advisory engagements and financial due diligence assignments.
*Prepare acquisition and vendor due diligence reports for a variety of clients and transaction types.
*Plan and execute Transaction Services engagements, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed budgets.
*Monitor assignment progress and communicate key developments, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
*Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives and provide commercially focused recommendations.
*Discuss findings and transaction-related issues directly with clients, presenting practical solutions and actionable insights.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:
*ACA qualification (or equivalent).
*Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
*Previous experience within a Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, or Advisory environment.
*A strong track record of delivering financial due diligence assignments.
*Advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modelling and data analysis.
*Experience using data analytics and visualisation software such as Power BI, Power Query, and/or Alteryx.
