Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a private client caseload, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, and administration of estates.
*Lead a private client team, comprising a senior consultant and two paralegals.
*Handle high net worth estates, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
*Strong IT skills, particularly with Care Management Systems.
*Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
*Ability to provide high-quality legal advice with a client-focused approach.
*Experience dealing with high net worth estates.
