Full job descriptionScope AT Recruitment specialises in hiring for hedge funds, trading firms, banks and fintech businesses. We’re a small, established team, and we’re looking for a graduate or gap-year student to join us and train as a recruitment consultant.
The work is a mix of two things: understanding the technical requirements of financial services, and getting good at the practical side of recruitment - finding candidates, talking to clients, and managing a hire from the first brief through to an accepted offer. You’ll get proper training and real responsibility fairly early, rather than spending months on admin.
It tends to suit people who are curious about how businesses work, comfortable talking to people they don’t know, and happy to stick with something through the slower patches. You don’t need recruitment experience or a finance background - those can be learned. What matters more is being articulate, self-motivated and genuinely interested in building a career here rather than passing through.
