An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Employment Law Partner to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its continued growth in Scotland.
This role offers the chance to play a key part in the development of an established Glasgow Employment team, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment matters while helping to drive the strategic growth of the practice.

The role
As an Employment Partner, you’ll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on complex employment law matters.


Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Supporting clients through restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes
*Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and senior employee issues
*Acting as a trusted adviser to boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders
*Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
*Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
*Supporting the mentoring and development of colleagues within the team
About you
This role would suit an Employment Partner who:
*Has an established reputation in employment law
*Brings a client following or well-developed referral network
*Has experience advising on a broad range of employment matters
*Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness and business development capability
*Enjoys building client relationships and developing teams
*Takes a collaborative and strategic approach to practice growth
