Wills & Probate Executive
Kenilworth | Full-Time, Permanent | Competitive Salary + Benefits
A great opportunity for a Wills & Probate Executive to join a busy, supportive and growing Private Client team. You’ll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and associated administrative matters, working in a friendly environment where your expertise is valued.
The Role
*Drafting Wills and preparing LPAs
*Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and tax matters
*Setting up new client accounts and handling enquiries
*Managing probate files, including matters involving income tax, inheritance tax and capital taxation
*Handling and processing deeds and securities
*Providing clear, professional and sympathetic client care
What You’ll Bring
*Strong experience in Wills, Probate and non-contentious private client work
*Solid understanding of relevant law and practice
*Ability to deal with clients confidently, efficiently and with empathy
*Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone
*Professional, organised approach with strong attention to detail
