A brilliant opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy, supportive and growing conveyancing team. You’ll run your own caseload from instruction to completion and work across a wide mix of residential matters.
The Role*Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds
*Advise clients clearly and confidently in person, by phone and in writing
*Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and key legal documents
*Keep files organised, compliant and professionally maintained
*Handle enquiries, quotes and diary management efficiently
*Build strong client relationships and support new business
*Stay updated with legal developments and SRA requirements
What You’ll Bring*Experience in residential property work
*Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
*Familiarity with CQS
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Professional, confident and approachable manner
*Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
*High attention to detail when reviewing legal documents
