Property Manager – Prime Central London
Salary: Up to £38,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time | Monday–Friday

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and respected residential property business based in Prime Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take ownership of a residential portfolio within a professional and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and remain fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities *Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Prime Central London
*Monitoring property compliance and ensuring all statutory obligations are met
*Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing reports
*Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
*Managing tenancy administration, including renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
*Handling landlord and tenant queries, delivering excellent customer service
*Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio
About You *Previous experience within residential property management (minimum 9 months)
*Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems
*ARLA qualification or a willingness to work towards professional accreditation would be advantageous
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach
