Salary: £50,000 DOE
Overview
An established organisation is looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to work closely with a senior Finance Business Partner, providing commercial insight and financial support across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Own the production of monthly management information, including analysis and commentary
*Track performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and cost drivers
*Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles
*Work directly with budget holders to challenge assumptions and improve financial understanding
*Prepare clear, meaningful insight for non-finance stakeholders
*Assist with business cases, investment analysis and strategic projects
*Improve FP&A processes, models and reporting tools
*Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across systems
What We’re Looking For
*Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), or FP&A experience
*Background in professional services, practice, or another people-cost-led environment
*Experience in FP&A, management accounting or finance business partnering
*Confident Excel and financial modelling skills
*Comfortable working with senior stakeholders outside finance
*Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
