CRM Product Manager
Cedar are partnering with a leading professional services organisation looking for a CRM Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of its core CRM and marketing automation platforms.
You’ll lead a small team and work closely with BD, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture to improve CRM adoption, data quality, automation and the overall client journey.
Key responsibilities
*Own the CRM product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
*Lead and develop a small CRM platform team.
*Drive adoption, user experience and continuous improvement.
*Identify opportunities for automation, AI and improved client journeys.
*Improve CRM data quality, governance and integrations.
*Build business cases and prioritise investment based on measurable value.
*Work with senior stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with wider growth objectives.
Experience required
*Strong Product Management experience across business-critical or internal platforms.
*Experience owning CRM / Marketing Automation products.
*Strong understanding of BD, Marketing, campaigns, segmentation and relationship management.
*Experience with HubSpot
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Experience driving user adoption and change.
*Good understanding of CRM data quality, governance and integrations.
*Comfortable working across Data, Engineering and Architecture.
Professional services or legal experience is desirable, as is exposure to MDM and enterprise data environments.
