Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join a brilliant independent creative and marketing agency in Hertfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, collaborative team working across an incredibly varied mix of clients and creative projects. From brand identity through to digital campaigns, film, print plus more.
As Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact while working closely with creative and production to ensure projects run smoothly from initial brief through to final delivery.
You’ll manage timelines, budgets and project priorities, keep clients informed and engaged throughout the process, and help ensure that every piece of work delivers against the original brief and wider client objectives. You’ll be naturally organised, comfortable juggling multiple projects and able to keep everything moving while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone who already has experience within a creative, branding, digital or marketing agency and who genuinely enjoys building strong client relationships. You’ll be proactive, personable and confident, with great communication skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to working with both clients and colleagues.
This role will initially be offered as a three-month contract, with the intention for the position to become permanent following this period.
