A well-established recruitment agency with a strong UK-wide presence is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join its established Hinckley operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Branch Manager with a strong background in Industrial and Driving recruitment to take ownership of branch growth, sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities*Manage and grow the Hinckley branch
*Develop new Industrial & Driving business
*Build and maintain client relationships
*Lead, coach and develop the recruitment team
*Drive revenue, GP and branch performance
*Manage temporary and permanent recruitment operations
The Ideal CandidateThe successful Branch Manager will have proven recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial, Driving, Logistics or Transport, with a strong track record in business development and team leadership.
A commercially driven Branch Manager will be joining an established UK recruitment business with existing infrastructure, national support and excellent opportunities for progression.
