Your new role
*Managing and supervising all aspects of our rehab facility.
*Overseeing the management of staff, inclusive of staff training, supervision and assessment of competency.
*Audits of all aspects of treatment
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
*Providing leadership and guidance in areas such as safeguarding and risk management.
*Ensuring that the service is continuously improving, developing in line with changes to national guidance and in line with stakeholder feedback.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience of being a CQC Registered Manager in a rehab or similar hospital setting is essential.
*Strong background in substance misuse, nursing, counselling or mental health - minimum 5 years.
*Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
*Excellent understanding of medication management.
*Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
*This is a Monday to Friday role, although there is additional weekend work available.
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent required.
