Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious FP&A Senior Manager to join the finance team in a commercially focused role. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving the budgeting and forecasting process across the organisation.
This position would suit a recently qualified accountant with a background in financial planning and analysis who is looking to move into a more strategic, business-partnering role within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include:
*Leading the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
*Producing insightful financial and commercial analysis for senior stakeholders.
*Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
*Developing management reporting and performance dashboards.
*Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
*Partnering with departments across the business to support informed decision-making.
What you’ll need to succeed
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
*Approximately 2+ years’ post-qualified experience.
*Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
*Strong analytical, reporting and financial modelling skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*A proactive and commercially minded approach.
