Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm
Contract: Permanent
A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Residential Property team.
The role will provide high-quality legal and administrative support to fee earners advising private clients, families, developers and financial institutions on a range of high-value residential property matters.
Key responsibilities:
*Proactive diary and workload management
*Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents
*Managing files, records and document systems
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and fee earners
*Supporting billing, AML checks and conflict searches
*Assisting with business development and marketing activities
*Ensuring files and documentation are accurately maintained
*Using Microsoft Office and legal support systems effectively
About you:
*Previous experience as a Legal PA or legal secretary within a law firm is essential
*Experience within Residential Property advantageous
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
