A well-established specialist recruitment agency based in the Midlands, with 20+ years’ experience providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions across Office Support, Industrial, Logistics and more.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Client’s Bedford branch on a full-time, office-based basis.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
*New business development through calls, emails and meetings
*Managing existing client accounts
*Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates
*Building strong client and candidate relationships
*Visiting client sites and maintaining service levels
*Ensuring high levels of compliance
The successful Recruitment Consultant will benefit from a clear, uncapped commission structure based on branch profits, alongside individual sales bonuses and excellent career progression opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous B2B sales experience
*Recruitment industry experience is essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
*Positive, team-focused attitude
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Salary: £26K–£28K DOE + competitive bonus structure (OTE up to £45K)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm
