We’re looking for a Regulatory Case Manger to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £38,279- £41,555 and a hybrid working pattern 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.


What you will be doing;
*Manage a portfolio of regulatory cases, ensuring they are handled professionally and in line with ICAEW policies and regulatory requirements.
*Assess applications, prepare high-quality reports and make recommendations to regulatory committees.
*Oversee casework from initial review through to resolution, ensuring compliance with agreed timescales and regulatory standards.
*Provide technical guidance and respond to enquiries from firms, members and internal stakeholders.
*Maintain accurate records, systems and KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
*Work collaboratively across Regulation & Conduct and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives


Experience
*Experience managing complex casework, investigations or regulatory/compliance processes.
*Excellent written communication skills, including experience producing clear, detailed reports.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and make sound, evidence-based decisions.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across teams.
*Knowledge of ICAEW Audit Regulations is essential. Experience within a regulatory, audit or professional services environment is highly desirable
