My client is a specialist recruitment business operating across visual communications, manufacturing and production. They’re looking for a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to join their growing team.
The best talent in these sectors is rarely sitting on a job board waiting for a call. They’re busy working. The role is about finding those people, starting great conversations and building relationships that last.
This isn’t about firing CVs at vacancies. It’s about becoming the recruiter candidates know, trust and call when they’re ready for their next move.
The Role
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, you’ll:
*Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media and telephone.
*Build and manage a strong candidate network.
*Interview candidates and understand their career goals.
*Work closely with the recruitment team on live vacancies.
*Develop talent pools for future opportunities.
*Get creative with content, social media, email campaigns and industry networking.
*Earn an additional bonus for every successful placement you contribute towards.
*35.5 hours per week - Monday – Thursday; 9 – 5 - Friday 3pm
About You
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant, recruitment experience would be useful, but it’s not essential.
The client would also consider candidates from B2B sales, account management, business development or other people-focused environments.
They’re looking for someone who is:
*Confident picking up the phone.
*Curious and genuinely interested in people.
*Resilient and motivated.
*Strong at building relationships.
*Reliable and accountable.
