What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
*Generate new sales and lettings business through prospecting, referrals, networking and existing client relationships
*Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and tenancy terms and provide expert advice to clients
*Manage the lettings process from agreed offer through referencing, tenancy documentation and move-in
*Progress sales and lettings transactions while maintaining regular communication with all parties
*Develop valuation and listing skills with the aim of taking on responsibility for market appraisals
*Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office and develop the skills required to progress into branch management
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Proven experience as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator or Senior Negotiator within residential estate agency
*Strong experience across both residential sales and lettings
*Thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish
*Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales and lettings targets
*Confident negotiating offers, tenancy terms and fees
*Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
*Ambitious and commercially minded with a genuine desire to progress into Branch Management and valuations
*Organised, proactive and confident supporting colleagues while taking ownership of your own workload
