Combining sales and lettings responsibilities, the successful candidate will handle everything from generating new business and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing transactions.
A thorough understanding of the lettings process from instruction through to move-in is essential, alongside strong local property knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
*Generate new sales and lettings business through proactive prospecting, referrals and existing client relationships
*Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
*Negotiate offers and tenancy terms while working to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
*Manage the lettings process from agreed offer through referencing, tenancy documentation and move-in
*Progress sales and lettings transactions, maintaining regular communication with all parties involved
*Maintain accurate records, follow compliance procedures and deliver consistently high levels of customer service

*Proven experience within residential estate agency across sales and lettings
*Thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish
*Strong track record of generating new business and progressing transactions
*Confident conducting property viewings and negotiating offers and tenancy terms
*Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales and lettings simultaneously
*Good knowledge of the local residential property market
*Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
