We’re looking for a driven 360-degree Recruitment Consultant to join a growing construction recruitment team, working across temporary and permanent placements.
You’ll be connecting skilled professionals with some seriously exciting opportunities — from electricians, plumbers and carpenters to engineers, maintenance professionals and FM specialists.


THE ROLE
As a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be right at the centre of the action, building relationships, winning business and putting the right people in the right places.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Building and managing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
*Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
*Recruiting for temporary and permanent positions across Trades, M&E and FM.
*Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
*Writing engaging job adverts and attracting top talent.
*Matching candidates to the right projects, contracts and permanent opportunities.
*Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
*Attending client meetings, site visits and industry networking events.
*Delivering a first-class service to both clients and candidates.
*Working towards individual and team targets — and enjoying the wins along the way!


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who brings energy, ambition and a genuine interest in the construction sector.
You’ll ideally be:
*A confident communicator who can build rapport with candidates and clients.
*Organised, switched-on and able to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities.
*Experienced within Construction, Trades, M&E or FM recruitment.
*Commercially minded with a hunger for business development.
*Resilient, motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
*Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships.
*Ambitious and keen to develop a successful career in recruitment.
*A full UK driving licence is essential, as client meetings and site visits will form an important part of the role.
