We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our Cheltenham team and work across the Industrial & Commercial sectors.
This is a genuine 360° recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle — from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates, making placements and growing your own desk.

THE ROLE
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have ownership of your desk and be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Winning new business and developing relationships with prospective clients.
*Managing and growing existing client accounts.
*Taking ownership of the full 360° recruitment process.
*Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates across Industrial & Commercial vacancies.
*Writing engaging job adverts and creating effective candidate attraction campaigns.
*Matching candidates with the right temporary and permanent opportunities.
*Negotiating fees, rates and terms with clients.
*Managing interviews, offers and the placement process.
*Growing your desk through proactive sales and business development.
*Attending client meetings and visiting businesses across the Cheltenham area.
*Working towards individual and team targets — and celebrating the wins.

*Ideally familiar with the Cheltenham and wider Gloucestershire business community.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, particularly within Industrial or Commercial recruitment, but attitude, drive and commercial ability are just as important.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as client meetings and business development visits will form an important part of the role.
